Yoga Therapeutic Workshops - time to go deeper
Workshop days, weekends and retreats provide an opportunity to take some time out from the busy world - a little respite for tired bodies, fraught emotions and busy minds. Our gatherings offer an opportunity to return to balance and clarity in what is currently a very chaotic and unbalanced world.
Having more time allows space for self-enquiry, self-development and self-empowerment through the 5 Layers of Consciousness: Body, Breath, Mind/Emotions, Soul & Spirit. Group sizes are kept small to allow for a deeper, more connected and held experience for each person that attends.
I have 16 years experience as a yoga therapist and psycho-spiritual counsellor after completing a 5 year training course, supporting people through the ups and downs of life by holding individual therapy sessions, classes, workshops and retreats.
Come along and leave the outside world behind, if only for a few hours, and join like-minded people who are on a similar journey.
We gather together to know that we are not alone as we walk this path.

Maria's workshops are designed to support your journey of personal growth and are very informative and combining the power of the breath with stretching, meditation and chanting to relaxation and reflection aligned to the theme of each workshop. These are intimate sessions so you really benefit from working together in a small group. I've attended two of Maria's workshops and always leave feeling refreshed, mindful and excited to continue my journey until the next one! Maria is super knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable instantly. The personal benefit from spending time with Maria is priceless.

I have been attending Maria’s Yoga classes, some of the workshops and 1:1 sessions already for more than one year, which are helping me to navigate my spiritual journey and awakening. I was looking for a while before finding these classes and it is just what I wanted. I am really delighted with Maria’s approach, I can say that she is one of those few people that listen and understands other ones with compassion and no judgments which provides the confidence we need to go deeper in ourselves. Maria creates an amazing space for healing, growth and connecting with oneself and others. I am a fairly recent convert to yoga and in her classes I have found a practice that centres on meditation, breath, visualisation and gentle stretches. Each session ends with ‘as I enter this moment, I am at peace, and all is well’ and I have found myself able to stay this truthfully and wholeheartedly each week - despite living through some pretty tumultuous life events. She teaches us joy and compassion and leads by example. I consider this both time and money very, very well spent.’
