Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions: One to one yoga sessions are a great way to take time out for yourself to enjoy a session tailor made to suit your own needs. 

Yoga Therapy can really benefit a wide variety of common ailments; such as back problems, asthma, thyroid problems, stress, depression, MS, heart disease, digestive disorders, headaches, arthritis and ME, to name but a handful. It is also effective in helping emotional issues, such as being at a crossroads in life, bereavement, relationship breakdown, or other life changing events, for it provides a space to release and move forward. 

Usually, 6-8 sessions are recommended initially, depending on the needs of the client; this allows for progress to be made and the benefits to be felt. Follow up sessions can be taken every month or so afterwards, if required. Most sessions will include sharing, breathing techniques, yoga postures, meditation, visualisation, along with causal healing. Incorporating these aspects ensures a very holistic approach, as well as creating a deep connection between therapist and client.

Yoga Therapy can be practiced along with any medical treatments you are already receiving, as well as with other complementary therapies. No prior experience of yoga is necessary before starting. Yoga Therapy cultivates an integration between the mind and body, leading to a deeper sense of harmony within.
